Not at all – it's completely up to you. Most of our cleanings take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. If you're not home, you may provide us with a lockbox code or choose a secure hiding spot for your key. We’ll return the key to the same location, but we are not responsible for lost keys. With few exceptions, we prefer not to keep client keys.
If our team cannot access your home, a non-refundable fee of 50% of the quoted cleaning price will be charged.
If you have an alarm system, you can either disable it before our arrival or provide us with the code to add to your profile.
We accept major debit and credit cards, securely stored on file. Payment is due on the day of the cleaning. If no payment is detected, the card on file will be charged automatically.
Please make sure that personal items such as toys, clothes, and dishes are picked up before your cleaning. Our estimated price does not include tidying or organizing personal belongings.
Tipping is completely optional and not expected. If you'd like to include a tip, please let us know how much of your payment should be designated as a tip. For safety and policy reasons, cleaners are not allowed to receive tips via bank transfer, Venmo, Zelle, or any other payment platform.
We will contact you in advance to reschedule for a more convenient date.
Yes, we do! If clean sheets are left on the bed, we’ll change them. A fee may apply.
Children should be supervised while we clean. Please secure any pets for the safety of our technicians. If a pet shows aggressive behavior, our team may leave the premises, and we will not be responsible for pets during service.
For safety and security reasons, we ask that no other service providers be scheduled during our cleaning unless you are present to supervise. If activities by other service providers result in the need to re-clean an area, additional fees will apply.

Yes, CleanEasy Services is fully licensed and insured, providing peace of mind for both our clients and our staff.
Absolutely! If you have preferred cleaning products, we are happy to use them. Just let us know in advance.
We are a multicultural team and may have cleaners who do not speak English fluently. For clear communication, please send us any special requests in advance. Our office can relay messages to the team during service if needed.
No. For safety and liability reasons, all team members must wear closed-toe, non-slip shoes while cleaning. If you prefer shoe covers, let us know ahead of time and we’ll note it in your profile.
We require at least 48 business hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling prior to your scheduled service. If notice is not given within this timeframe, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of emergencies.
